Bread Casserole

Ingredients
Onions-1 small, corn(fresh or frozen) half cup,Peas_ half cup , Bread 4 slices, milk 1 cup, curry powder, salt to taste.
Directions
Saute the onions in a little oil till they are light in color. Add one tbs of curry powder and saute for another minute till aroma arises. Add peas and corn and saute for 5 minutes. Shred the bread into little pieces and add it to the mixture.Add cranberries. Add milk and water and mix until bread dissolves into a dough. Spread on a baking tray. Spreak shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees till cheese melt. cut into peices and enjoy.....

    That is way too many calories for two servings. Maybe it should be 4 servings. Then the fat would only be a hefty 12 grams instead of an outrageous 25 grams - 5/14/07
