About Time Whey Protein Vanilla, 1 scoop Banana, fresh, 3 oz Blueberries, fresh, 1.5 oz Fig, fresh 3 oz Molasses, blackstrap, 1 tbsp Benefiber (2 tsp serving), 1.5 serving Milk, nonfat, .5 cup Trader Joe's Very Green Powder, 1/2 tbsp **Ice/Water, 4 oz (remove)
Directions
Puree everything except protein powder; add protein powder and give it 1-2 pulses to blend.
