Spicy Green Bean and Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients
2 Tbsp dried shrimp4 tsp soy sauce1/2 tsp sesame oil1/2 tsp sugar1 lb green beans1/2 lb pork loin, chopped finely1 tsp ginger2 cloves garlic1/2 tsp crushed red chili4 dry red chilis (not listed in ingredients)1 Tbsp oil
Directions
Soak dried shrimp in hot water for 30 min.
While shrimp are soaking, mix sauce (soy sauce, sugar & sesame oil) and blanch beans.
Drain shrimp & mince, add to sauce.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in wok until hot. Add ginger, garlic, chili and stir-fry for a few seconds. Add pork and stir-fry until browned. Add green beans and stir for a minute, then add sauce. Reduce sauce and heat through.
