Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1 ea. 13 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough1 ea. 15 oz can Italian Style Tomato Sauce1-1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim
Directions
Brown meat in a non-stick pan. Drain grease and return to skillet. Add tomato sauce and cook until heated.

While the meat cooks, coat a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray. Unroll the pizza crust dough and press into the bottom of the pan and halfway up sides of baking dish. Top with meat mixture.

Bake uncovered for 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes more until crust is browned and cheese melts. Cool 5 minutes before cutting and serving.

Makes 6 servings.

    This was actually very good. I live in a rural area and could not find "Italian Style" tomato sauce so mine was a little bland....BUT the possibilities here are AWESOME!! You can try different seasonings to get the perfect flavor for you and you can add other ingredients. Nice serving size too!! - 4/6/09
