2 - 10 oz packages of frozen spinach- thawed and drained to remove as much liquid as possible.2- Whole eggs3- Egg whites or egg substitute equivalent1/2 C Cottage cheese (1%)3 oz shredded lowfat cheese

Bake for 1 hour at 350 deg F
