Roasted Zucchini and Summer Squash

Ingredients
1 large zucchini 1 large summer squash1 medium yellow onion2 TBSP EVOO1 TBSP McCormick Perfect Pinch Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Directions
Cut vegetables into quarters.
Place all veggies in a Pyrex baking dish coated with Olive Oil cooking spray.
Coat veggies with EVOO and seasoning and toss.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
