1 can Pineapple, unsweetened1 container of any flavor yogurt1 cup Black Currant juice (or Pomegranate -- anything with high antioxidants and NO ADDED SUGAR)1/2 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened1 medium bananaice cubes
Directions
In blender place all ingredients and -- if the blender has room -- some ice. Blend it all -- serves 5 to 6.
