I like to replace the tomato sauce with Ricotta cheese, to replace the plain mozarella cheese with shredded Parmesan or Romano Cheese, and then to add a sliced tomato that I sprinkle with dry Basil and Garlic Powder to add more taste. Also I use cooked spinach to avoid the "dry leaf syndrome"... :-) - 1/10/09

I just recalculated the fat in this pizza...surprisingly filling since if you use regular tortillas.Feta 2.5 gm Fat, Red.Fat Mozz.5gm, 8in flour tortilla 4gm. Total Fat 11.5 Grams. With 98% FF 10 inch tortilla 1.5 GM fat...Total Fat= 9 GM, not 8.3. I used the exact amt. of ingredients to calculate. - 12/9/07

    I love this Recipe!!!
I made it for my friend and my boyfriend. Both loved it.
I used frozen spinach and an onion. I also processed the tomato so it would be more like a pizza. I love it. I crave it almost every single day. I am considering adding chicken next time. Thank you for this recipe! - 5/31/07
