Pan Seared Tilapia

Ingredients
1 boneless tilapia fillet (about 4 oz)1/2 Tbs private selection lemon pepper butter (can sub plain butter or margarine)1/4 tsp Mrs dash southwest chipotle seasoning (salt free)1/4 tsp garlic salt1/4 tsp Italian seasoning1/2 a lemon, juiced
Directions
Spray a frying pan with cooking spray. Melt the butter in the pan over medium heat. Add the fish, sprinkle with seasonings, and squeeze/pour the lemon juice over top. Cook for about 5 minutes or until done, turning halfway through cooking.
