Ingredients
1.Open one 15 oz can of Alaskan pink salmon into a bowl.2. Add I raw egg.3. Crumble 8 - 10 saltine crackers and add to bowl; mix well.4. Add 1 -2 tablespoons lemon or pickle juice to taste.5. make into 2-3 inch patties.
Directions
Spray nonstick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat to medium temperature. Add salmon cakes and brown on both sides, turning once.
