Cranberry Hollywood Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
1/4c ketchup3Tbsp Agave syrup1/4c red wine vinegar1/4c chop onion or 1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp paprika1/2c olive or vegetable oil1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper1- 348ml can of cranberry sauce1 envelope of French onion soup mix dry800g-900g fresh chicken breasts, skinless, bone in or out
Directions
Blend in small blender first 5 ingredients. Add oil while on to emulsify the sauce.
In a medium sized kitchen bowl whisk the prepared dressing, salt/pepper, cranberry sauce and soup mix. Adjust seasoning if desired.
Put chicken in baking dish deep and pour sauce over chicken. Cover with lid or tin foil
Cook covered for 50 minutes
Remove cover and bake for another 10-12 minutes until chicken reaches internal temp of 180'F.
Serve with favourite side dish and vegetable.

Serving Size: makes 7- 113g portions with 1/4c sauce on peice
