1 tablespoon chia seeds1 cup Unsweetened Unflavored Almond Breeze1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate Unflavored1 pkg caramel cafe latte shake/pudding by idea protein2 scoops of crushed ice
Directions
put liquid in blender and add rest of ingredients. blend lightly, Add ice to blender until smooth. Pour into 2 8 oz glasses.
