1/4 c of water, 1 pkg 4oz size Sugar Free Lemon Gelatin2 6 ozs Yoplaits Light Fat Free Lemon Yogurt (in place of the Keylime same calories)1 8oz container of Cool Whip Lite or sugar free,1 9 inch graham cracker crust,
! heat water in microwave for unitl hot
pour in large mixing bowl
pour in gelatin and whisk until dissolved
pour in 2 containers 6oz size Yoplait Light Lemon yogurt whisk together with gelatin unitl mix throughly
Fold in Cool whip ( of your Choice)
Put in graham cracker crust.
Place in refrigerator 4 hours,
makes 1 9 inch pie ( 8 servings)

This is a staple at our house. I just leave out the crust and we just eat the fluff. Our favorite is cherry jello, cherry yogurt and then sprinkle the top with carob chips. Thanks! - 5/11/08
