Ingredients
1 cup Diakon radish, chopped1/2 cup onion, chopped 1 large stalk celery, chopped2 Tbsp ButterSalt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Chopped all veggies in about 1/2 inch cubes. Melt butter in a 10 inch skillet over medium low heat. Add veggies & cook until just browned, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
