Molly's Freaky Fritters

Ingredients
Directions
1c Applesauce (I used extra chunky, Splenda sweetened)1c Flour2T skim milk1/4c Splenda1tsp Cinnamon1-1/2t Baking Powder1 egg white
Mix dry ingredients then mix in the wet ingredients. Mix well (will be thick).
Cook in pan with small amount of oil, which has been pre-heated. Once bubbles form all the way around the fritter (like a pancake) flip over to fry other side.
