Tossed tuna chef's salad

Ingredients
Shred carrots and cabbage. Chop onions and hard boiled egg, dice bell pepper. Add Hidden Valley Ranch dressing to tuna. Mix lettuce, spinach, and other vegetables. Add egg and tuna. Drizzle oil and vinegar on top. Serves one.
