Chicken Taco Slow Cooker Soup

Ingredients
16 oz. boneless chicken breasts, thawed2 cans Rotel original tomatoes2 cans low sodium pinto beans4 cans water1 pkg low sodium taco seasoning1 pkg dry Ranch dressing mix
Directions
Put chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Add all other ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. At the end of cooking time, take chicken out and shred. Return to slow cooker. Sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro leaves on top.
