Mini Chocolate Chip Muffins (homemade)

Ingredients
1 c flour1/2 c sugar1 tbsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 egg1/3 c veg oil1 tsp vanilla3/4 c milk3/4 c mini chocolate chips (or less)
Directions
whisk together dry ing in one bowl
lightly beat egg milk oil and vanilla in another
add wet to dry and mix until incorporated - fold in chocolate chips
divide between 12 cupcake liners and bake at 400 for 16 minutes
