Sauteed Kale with Red Onion

Ingredients
kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh, 11 cup (remove)Red Onion Fresh, 1 cup (or 1 large onion chopped)Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
Directions
Add olive oil to a sautee pan with tall sides. Chop a large red onion and add to pan. Cook on med high for a few minutes, then add kale in small batches, cooking each batch until it wilts, stirring often. Continue until all kale is added. Stir well and often to prevent burning. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 min. until onions and kale are cooked to your liking.
