Easy Red Beans, Sausage & Rice

Ingredients
6 links Italian Turkey Sausage, Hot - Jennie-O 2 cans Beans, red kidney 1.5 cups Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving (remove) 1 Small Yellow Onion, thinly sliced 3 stalks Celery, raw, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) 2 cups White Rice 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp hot sauce
Directions
Brown sausage in a sprayed stockpot. Add undrained beans and seasoning blend of peppers, onions and celery; simmer 5 - 7 mins. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer; cover and cook until rice is done, about 20 mins. Adjust cayenne and hot sauce to taste.

Serving Size: 4 servings of 1/2 cup rice, divide bean mixture evenly by 4 plates
