Marshmallow Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients
1 jar Marshmallow Fluff (7.5 oz)1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
Allow butter to come to room temperature
Microwave Marshmallow Fluff for a few seconds until it flows easily
Cream butter on low speed and add Marshmallow Fluff
Stir/ beat in powdered sugar slowly, a 1/2 cup at a time and increase speed to medium
Beat until well blended and consistency is stiff enough for spreading

Serving Size: Makes enough for 24 cupcakes or 2 layer cake
