Waldorf Kale Salad

Ingredients
raw kale, chopped, 4 cups Raisins, 1/2 cupPecans, 1/2 cup, chopped*Grey Poupon Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard, 1 tbspAnnie's Naturals Honey Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing, 1 tbsp1 tbsp Vinegar, Red Wine1 apple, Gala, choppedSalt
Directions
Chop the kale and place in large bowl. Add half the chopped apple, half the nuts and raisins. Toss.
In a food processor or blender, pulverize the remaining apple, raisins and nuts, plus the dressing, mustard, salt and vinegar. Add the pureed dressing to the salad and toss again.

Serving Size: Makes 8- 1/2 cup servings
