Ingredients
2 cups of Salsa6 Chicken Thigh/Breast or 15oz of chicken (No skin, no bone)2 cups dry Great Northern Bean8 cups of tap water2 tsp cumin3tbsp Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix 3 tbspOptional: Avacado.
Directions
Cook chicken first thing. Add ingredients into a large pot and let it simmer on the stove top for a few hours or until the beans are cooked through. Though, when using dry beans, it's probably best to make this overnight in a slow cooker.
