Mini Turkey Taco Meatloafs

Ground Turkey BREASTTaco SeasoningCarrot/Apple/Celery/Tomato Pulp from juicing(1) can diced tomatoes, no saltKraft Taco Cheese
Juice (4) carrots/celery stalks, (2) tomatoes, (2) apples.
Reserve pulp.Mix pulp with ground turkey breast.
Add taco seasoning. Divide into approx 10 loafs, place inside cupcake pan & bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins. Take out of oven, spoon diced tomatoes over each loaf. Bake another 10 minutes. Take out of oven, top with taco cheese. Back in over for 5 mins to melt cheese.
Serving Size: Makes 10 individual meatloafs
