6 eggs1/4 cup milk2 TBSP sauteed onion1/2 cup steamed asparagus1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1. Scramble eggs, add milk.
2. Spray pie plate, add onions, asparagus. Pour egg mixture on top. Add cheese.
3. Bake for 35 min at 350.
