garlic rice salad dressing

Ingredients
2 T white rice1 1/2 cup water2 T oil2 T balsamic vinegar2 cloves garlic1/4 t salt1/4 t pepper1 t dried parsley flakes
Directions
Take 2 T white rice and boil to mush in 1 1/2 c water. Boil it to mush. Let cool down until you can safely handle it.

In blender combine rice mush and other ingredients and blend to smooth creamy dressing.

If dressing is too thick when cool then blend in more water.

Makes 12 servings of 2 T.
