homemade mayo with almond oil (Paleo)

Ingredients
almond oil or extra light olive oil (extra virgin is too strong)large raw eggjuice of half lemongenerous pinch of salt
Directions
Add all ingredients into a pint sized wide mouth mason jar. Using a stick blender, whip ingredients until it looks like mayo.
