Quick Delicious Avocado Pudding

Ripe AvocadoMilk- just a splashLight Brown Sugar- 1 unpacked tablespoon
Cut and pit the avocado.
Put the avocado meat into a blender or food processor. (I use one of those small ninja ones that cost about $20)
Add a splash of milk, you can use any kind of milk. Since my daughter is young the only milk we have is whole so I used that in the recipe.
Put in an unpacked tablespoon of brown sugar.
Blend/Puree.
And you're finished. You can adjust the amount of milk or sugar to suit you.
