Ingredients
White Rice, glutinous, 0.5 cup (remove) Chicken Breast(no skin or bone)-RAW, 6.3 oz (remove) Bamboo shoots, cooked, 75 grams (remove) *Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup (remove) Carrots, raw, 66 grams (remove) Mushrooms, fresh, 38 grams (remove) Better Than Bouillon - Chicken, reduced sodium, 0.5 tsp (remove) *Sushi Chef Mirin, 0.5 tbsp (remove) Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 0.5 tbsp (remove)Water, 1/2 cup
Directions
Chop chicken and vegetables. Arrange vegetables on top of the rice. Mix chicken with everything else and pour on top. Steam 30 min.
