Ingredients
6 regular fresh chicken drummettes (skin and bone in)1 jar of McCormick MOLASSES BACON grillmates powder6 tbsp red wine vinegarSpray butterPAM
Directions
Pre-Heat your oven until it reaches 400 deg.

Thaw and dry the wing drummettes (you can use the other side of the wing too. I used the drummettes for presentation mainly.

Dip each wing in red wine vinegar

Coat each wing with the McCormick MOLASSES BACON powder.

Spray each wing with spray butter.

Coat each wing with the MOLASSES BACON powder again.

Spray each wing with the PAM (My fave is Olive Oil but really they are all the same)

Lay the wings in a row, and broil them in your conventional oven for about 15-20 mins on 400 deg.

What is going to happen is that the skin of the drummette will crisp and the fat will melt while the molasses bacon flavor will integrate itself. It is delicious
