Creamy Asparagus Cauliflower Soup by Bravelute

Ingredients
Garlic, 3 cloves Cauliflower, raw, .5 head, large Asparagus, fresh, 20 spear, large *Kitchen Basics Unsalted Vegetable Cooking Stock, 3 cup Freshly cracked pepper .25 tsp Salt, .25 tsp
Directions
Pulse garlic, cauliflower, asparagus, salt, and cracked pepper until very small uniform pieces. Put veggies and stock in a crock pot. Cover with unsalted vegetable stock. Cook on high 4 - 8 hours. When ready to serve, pour into a high speed blender and puree the soup.

A delicious addition would be poached herbed chicken.
