Vegan queso dip (one serving = 1/4 cup)

Ingredients
6 oz raw cashews, soaked for hours3 tbsp nutritional yeast1/2 lemon of juice1/8 tsp turmeric14 oz tomatoes with chilis with some of the water added
Directions
Soak cashews up to 3-4 hours. Add all ingredients except tomatoes to blender. Gradually add juice from tomatoes to blender to ensure smoothness. Too much acidity may make the smoothness break. Blend until creamy. Add tomatoes to creamy mixture. Warm to serve.
