Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1.33 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 12 ounces (remove)Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced (remove)Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove)
Directions
basically chop up the celery, shred the chicken, mix with the yogurt, and use the cucumber slices as chips or crackers :)
