Southern Squash Casserole by TM

Ingredients
4 med squash sliced1 med onion chopped1 T flour1 egg¼ cup bacon (2slices chopped)1 c Greek Yogurt –plain1 c Sharp Cheddar Cheese¼ c parmesan cheese1 c herb seasoned breadcrumbs1 tsp garlicSalt and Pepper
Directions
Cook squash in slightly salted water for 5 min. or until tender. Drain and add onion, mix and set aside. Mix yogurt, egg, flour and Parmesan cheese and garlic together in a bowl and set aside.
In a lightly greased (I use spray) casserole dish layer squash& onion mix, then layer of the yogurt mix, sprinkle ½ cheddar cheese and all bacon, salt and pepper to taste. Add another layer of squash& onion mix, top with ½ cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 350 for 25 min. or until golden brown. 10 servings
