Blueberry & Cherry Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients
1/3 cup nonfat milk1/4 cup canola oil1 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt1 egg1 tblsp lemon juice1 cup oatmeal1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup sugar2 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt3/4 cup fresh blueberries3/4 cup cherries, pitted and diced
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Grease bottoms of 12 muffin tray.

Mix first five ingredients together with a wire whisk.

In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together.

Add dry ingredients to yogurt mixture.

Gently stir in fruit.

Separate evenly into 12 muffins. Cook at 400F for 14-18 minutes.
