Low Carb Hamburger Bun

Ingredients
2 T butter, melted1 pinch iodized sea salt1 egg4 T flax seed meal1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions
Melt butter in the microwave in a shallow microwave-save dish, the diameter of the expected bun. Add the other ingredients.

Microwave for 80 seconds. The bun is finished when the middle is set. Allow the bun to stand for an additional minute.

Turn bun out onto a cooling rack (the edges may need to be loosened). Once it has cooled, slice the bun in half.
