Bechamel Sauce

Ingredients
4 T butter4 T flour1-1/2 C milk1/2 C heavy cream1 t salt1/4 t white pepper
Directions
Melt butter in a small sauce pan. Remove from heat and stir in flour. Cook over low heat for 1 minute.
Stirring constantly, add milk.
When sauce boils, add cream, salt, and pepper.
Simmer 30 seconds or until thickened.
