Ingredients
Northern Catch Solid White Tuna in Water, 1 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 largeOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Coleman's Mustard Powder, 2 tsp Sage, ground, 2 tsp Whole Milk / Vitamin D, .5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup worchester sauce, 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Drain tuna, chop onion. Mix all ingredients. Form into patties. Heat oil in skillet. Place patties in pan. Brown on both sides. Serve. These make great entrees or as a sandwich.
