Quick Veggie Soup

Ingredients
Vegetable brothGarlicCeleryCarrotsRed Onion
Directions
Cut up veggies, garlic, and onion

Cook Garlic in a little of the broth ( you can add olive oil- I did not)
Once Garlic is cooked up add veggies and broth.

Bring to a boil, turn down and simmer.

I added Salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servers of 1 cup
