Not Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 lg head cauliflower,cut in bite sized pieces2 lg stalks celery, diced1/2 C diced red onion1 C mayonaise1 T dijon mustard4 hard boiled eggs
Directions
Steam cauliflower til soft but not mushy. Spread out and let cool. Combine remaining ingredients, adding eggs last. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
