Ingredients
almond meal (trader joe's), 2 cup Ground Flaxseed Meal, 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree (15 oz. can), 1 can pumpkinCoconut Milk Light Trader Joe’s, .5 cup large egg - 2Coconut Oil Organic Virgin 1/4 cupCinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Allspice, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium, 1 tsp
Directions
combine all dry ingredients in one bowl and in another bowl combine all wet ingredients. Combine both wet and dry then fill oiled muffin tins half way full and bake at 325 for 45 minutes
