1 box Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne1 Jar Ragu Light Sauce1 Small Container low fat ricotta cheese3 cups fat free Kraft Mozzarella Cheese1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1. Boil and drain penne noodles as directed.
2. In a bowl mix 1/2 mozzarella and all of the ricotta with the penne.
3. Spray 13x9 pan with pam
4. Cover bottom of pan with 1/2 of the sauce.
5. Spread out cheese/noodle mixture.
6. Cover with the rest of the sauce.
7. Sprinkle with Parm.
8. Cover with the rest of the mozzarella.
9. Bake for 20-30 mins until the cheese is melted and lightly golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
