Ingredients
1 Tilapia filletTony's Cajun Seasoning (to taste)Dried Dill Weed (to taste)1 Tbsp Real Butter (salted)
Directions
In a cast iron skillet, brown the butter.
Wash the fillet and sprinkle with Tony's and Dill.
Pan sear until fillet turns white all the way through in the thickest part.
