Protein Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 c applesauce1/4 c honey1/2 c peanut butter1/4 c water1 tbsp vanilla1 egg1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 c whole wheat flour4 scoops vanilla protein powder1/2 c old fashioned rolled oats1/2 c craisins3 c fiber one original cereal (or other high fiber cereal)1/4 c ground flax seed1 hershey bar (or whatever chocolate you have) (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together applesauce, honey, peanut butter, water, vanilla, egg, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, flour, and protein powder.
3. Toss in oats, fruit, cereal, and flax seed.
4. Drop onto greased cookie sheet in slightly less than 1/4 cup scoops.
5. Bake 11-12 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
