Turkey stuffed cabbage rolls

12 cabbage leaves1 1/2 lb. ground turkey2 cups cooked rice1/2 t. garlic salt1/2 t. black pepper1 small onion, chopped1 egg, beaten1/4 t. celery salt1/4 t. parsley flakes8 oz. can tomato sauce1/4 c. water
Cook the rice. Cook cabbage leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine all ingredients except the tomato sauce and water. Place meat mixture in the center of each leaf. Fold the sides of the leaf over the meat and fasten with a toothpick. Put the leaves in a casserole dish. Combine the tomato sauce and the water. Bake in a 350 degree oven for an hour.
