you need one chicken breast. Its much less expensive to cut up your own chicken.32 oz of a stir fry mix most have a sauce in the bagone package of tasty select veggie & chicken pot stickers from dollar tree6 jennifers garden spring rolls from dollar tree optional makes calories 509
cut chicken up into 1/2 inch little squares and toss them in a hot pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray until cooked. put chicken off to the side. Boil enough water to cover veggies and pot stickers. When water is boiling add veggies and pot stickers.( At this time start baking your optional spring rolls, i use a toaster oven) boil your veggies and Pot stickers only a few minutes until they are hot throughout. ( 5-7min) Strain your veggies and pot stickers (mixed together at this point) Add all ingredients back into your pot or pan with the sauce packet. if your veggies didnt come with a sauce packet season however you want. Toss all ingredients around until everything is warm and cooked. Be careful to not overcook, veggies get mushy and pot stickers fall apart. it only needs to be warmed enough to eat. Serve with 2 spring rolls each
