2 cups old fashioned oats3 Tbsp rea maple syrup1 tsp vanillapinch of saltcoconut oil non-stick spray
combine all the ingredients other than the coconut oil in a bowl. Spray cookie sheet generously with coconut oil. Spread oats evenly over the entire cookie sheet. Spray top of oats generously with the coconut oil. Place in 300 degree oven for 10-15 or until lightly toasted. Let cool, then serve. Makes 8 1/4cup servings.
