Basic Cottage cheese crepes

Ingredients
*Cottage Cheese - FF Trader Joe's .5 cupLiquid Egg Whites (carton) - .75 cup+ whatever seasoning you like
Directions
Blend ingredients together (I use my magic bullet), add whatever flavors you like ( sweet - vanilla, cinnamon, sugar sub of choice, pinch of salt or for savory - chopped herbs, chili flakes, sesame seeds, caraway seeds, hot sauce, sprinkle of shredded cheese, etc. - so many options. They are bland, but great when you customize!)

Cook about a .25 in a small nonstick pan with cooking spray (a spritz after each pancake helps, depending on your pan). Flip when edges darken a little and curl up.
