Home Made Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
6 large eggs1/2 cup milk (about)Peppers - Green, red, Yellow, orange - whatever suits you1 small Onion2 cups shredded Zuchinni or Sliced or Choppedabout 10 cherry tomatoes cut in halfSausage, bacon or ham of choiceBaked potato - Left over cut
Directions
Heat in fry pan using spray oil: potato, peppers, onion, zuchinni, sausage and tomatoes. Try to keep liquid to a minimum for best results. Scramble eggs and milk and add to the pan and cook until firmed up. Add any seasonings you desire to this at this time.
