Homemade Easy Hummus

Ingredients
1 can Org Garbanzo Beans6 T extra virgin olive oilZest and Juice from one large Meyer lemon (about 2/3 cup juice -- or if using tart lemon then use 1/3 cup juice)2 small or one large clove garlic, slicedSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Rinse garbanzos and put into food processor or mini-chop. Put in all other ingredients, and process until smooth.

Serve with carrots, cucumber, bell pepper strips, fennel strips, celery, etc.

Serving Size: makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings
